CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OR SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

If you wish to modify the contents of your order, kindly get in touch with our customer service team via email at sales@chufy.com. We’ll try to adjust any change requests, although please note that our ability to do so may depend on the timing of the order placement.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Please contact us at sales@chufy.com with your order number. There we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Please note that international customers are responsible for paying any additional fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with their orders.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We offer refunds only for orders bought at full price. Styles from past collections and styles purchased on final sale or with a discount code are final and not eligible for refunds. All Swimwear orders are Final. All gift card orders are final and not eligible for refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW LONG DOES THE SWAP/REFUND PROCESS TAKE? 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days minus a $15 ($35 for international orders) shipping and handling fee.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. If you have a customer account with us, you can conveniently track the status of all your orders by accessing your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep you updated on its progress.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. If you place your order before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing it the next business day. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS?

For National orders: Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout on orders over $100. Express at $50.00 - 2 business days.

For International orders: Standard shipping at $50.00.

Overnight shipping prices vary and are available upon request.

I GOT CONTACTED BY DHL AND THEY REQUESTED ME TO PAY DUTIES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes. You will normally have about a week to pay them before your order is returned to our warehouse. If this happens the return shipping cost and any duties associated with it will be deducted from your refund.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

If you received a notification about a lost or stolen order, kindly contact our customer service team via sales@chufy.com.

We will initiate a UPS claim on your behalf. Please be aware that such claims may take up to 20 days to process. If the package remains untraceable after 20 days, we will proceed with the next course of action. Please note that Chufy.com cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

You can access our Size Guide by visiting the Help section in the main menu. Additionally, we have a tool within each item's product page. By clicking on "What's my size?" located under the range of sizes, you can input your measurements and the tool will assist you in finding the appropriate size. If have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via sales@chufy.com

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND I WANT IT?

You can subscribe to “back in stock” notifications by clicking the “NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS IS AVAILABLE” button, just fill in the boxes with your email and name and that's it. If the item returns to inventory, you will receive an automatic email. Also if you want, we can do a special order if the fabric it’s available, kindly write an email to sales@chufy.com to check this and they will be following up on the next steps. 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

You can purchase a gift card by clicking on Gift Cards under Categories in our navigation. Please note, that Gift Cards will be sent to the buyer´s email. If you wish to send it to another recipient you can save it as a pdf file and send it by email".
